Terms & Agreements

These terms govern how Telegram channel managers and subscribers use AccessTG. By using the platform, you agree to the applicable agreement below.

Manager Agreement

Applies to Telegram channel owners using AccessTG to manage subscriptions and receive payments.

01 · Role and Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content, services, and promises made to your subscribers. AccessTG provides the infrastructure that manages payments and subscriber access but does not control or review channel content.

02 · Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed securely through bank transfer providers. Funds are collected from subscribers and paid out to the manager according to the platform payout schedule.

03 · Refund Policy

Managers agree to the platform refund policy. AccessTG may issue refunds in cases of clear non-delivery, fraud, or violation of platform rules.

04 · Compliance

Managers must comply with applicable laws and Telegram’s platform policies. Fraud, impersonation, harassment, or illegal activity may result in suspension or termination of the account.

Subscriber Agreement

Applies to users subscribing to Telegram channels through AccessTG.

01 · Subscription Access

A subscription grants access to the selected Telegram channel for the chosen plan duration. Channel access is managed automatically through AccessTG.

02 · Payments

Payments are processed securely through bank transfer providers. Once payment is completed, access to the subscribed Telegram channel will be granted automatically.

03 · Conduct Policy

Subscribers must respect channel rules and community guidelines. Abuse, spam, or unauthorized redistribution of paid content may result in removal without refund.

04 · Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis under the platform refund policy. Access already granted or used may limit refund eligibility.
